Bear (formerly Last Accounting Company) is a full-stack AI accounting firm. We sell the same service (bookkeeping, tax filings, etc.) as a traditional accounting firm, but underneath agents handle everything and a certified accountant signs off. Our service is faster, cheaper, and fully integrated, allowing our clients to focus on what matters, not accounting admin.
The company was founded by Sami Laakkonen; Riki Karjalainen. It is part of YC Summer 2026. It is based in Helsinki, Finland.
